Systems Officer - Building

What the job involves

You’ll be the first point of contact for building services customers, handling enquiries, scheduling inspections, and processing payments. The role includes entering and checking applications, issuing building consents and compliance documentation, and ensuring everything meets statutory requirements. You’ll maintain accurate records, follow established processes, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.

Fixed Term: until 28 February 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We need a confident, customer-focused superstar with a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and bring energy to the team. Previous experience in customer service or the building industry is a bonus, but not essential – if you’re a quick learner and tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you!
