What the job involves

In this position, you’ll take charge of our thriving swim school and lead the development of engaging programmes that bring our community together. These programmes include both in-pool activities and dry recreation offerings—like our popular holiday programme, active adventures, and community events. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your creativity, leadership, and organisational skills will shine.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team of instructors and coordinators to deliver high-quality Learn to Swim and coaching experiences
  • Managing bookings, training, and customer experience to ensure smooth operations and happy families
  • Designing and delivering exciting programmes and events—both in and out of the pool—that connect with our community and make a real difference
  • Building partnerships with schools and community groups to expand our reach and impact
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an outgoing individual who is creative, motivating and has the ability to coach others to achieve results. Experience with planning curriculum or programmes would be advantageous.

 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or programme delivery.
  • Experience with planning curriculum or programmes would be advantageous.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and a flair for problem-solving.
  • A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Bonus: Experience in managing events or community programmes.
