What the job involves

In this advisory role, you’ll be responsible developing, maintaining, and overseeing asset management plans and systems across Councils broad asset portfolio, to ensure efficient and sustainable operations that meet the needs of Council and the community.

 

No two days will be the same and you will need to have your finger on the pulse as you collaborate with stakeholders, managing contractors, preparing budgets and schedules, conducting inspections, all whilst ensuring compliance and health and safety standards are being met.

Who we are looking for

A tertiary qualified, or seasoned professional with an equivalent level of learning though experience, with at least five years industry experience, who can apply their existing knowledge and experience to hit the ground running in this position from day one. You’ll have an eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills as well the ability to manage your time efficiently.

 

You’ll be motivated and have an enthusiasm for not only owning your role, but furthering it. Like us, you’ll be committed to providing a high level of service and you’ll be a master at multitasking.
