What the job involves
Working in our purpose-built facility, you will be responsible for delivering quality learn to swim education in a friendly and safe learning environment. You will ensure a high level of service is provided to our wide range of customers from babies through to adults.
No previous experience is required, we’ll provide you with all the training you need. You will however need to be approachable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and must enjoy working with children.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who are creative, motivating and who have the ability to coach others to achieve results. It is essential that you enjoy interacting with children of all ages and have a love for water.
We have the below Learn to Swim shifts available in accordance with rostered duties during the primary school terms:
- Thursdays - 8:45am to 10:40am
- Fridays – 3:15pm to 5:30pm
- Saturdays – 8:40am to 11:50am
- Saturdays – 8:45am to 12:.05am
- Casual shifts – There may be additional shifts created the near future to meet high demand. Therefore, if you are interested, however the shift times above don’t suit your availability, let us know in your application along with what hours you are available for. We are also seeking interest from people who wish to provide casual cover for leave amongst the team.
Please indicate in your application which shifts you are applying for. There will be the potential to pick up additional shifts covering leave or individual lessons.
