What the job involves

Working across Council you will collaborate with all business units, identifying, understanding and defining business requirements and objectives, acting as a conduit with solution specialists to translate these into opportunities for new and improved practices, processes, procedures and technology.

 

This is a full time, fixed term position until the 30 June 2026, providing support to the Business Improvements team whilst a valued member of the team takes on a secondment opportunity within a different position.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced Business Systems Analyst you will have an inquisitive mind, are analytical and thrive in a working environment of collaboration and team success. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven experience developing, reviewing and documenting practices and procedures, project documentation and testing plans.

A confident facilitator, you will ensure effective communication and sharing of information across all parties involved and be confident to deliver training sessions if needed.

The salary range for this fixed term, full time position will depend on the skill and experience of the successful applicant, and will be between $77,000 and $90,000 per annum.
