Where the Magic Happens:

Ashburton District Council is looking for an Events Administrator to support the successful delivery of events across our district. Working 15 hours per week, you'll be the friendly face and organised mind helping event organisers navigate Council processes, supporting community groups to bring ideas to life, and ensuring event administration is efficient, accurate and customer-focused.

From processing event permits and guiding organisers through requirements, to supporting community-led initiatives and maintaining key systems and records, you'll play an important role in helping create safe, successful and memorable events across Ashburton.

Working closely with the Events Advisor, Economic Development team, community organisations and event organisers, you'll help bring great events to life while strengthening connections across our district.
