Rangitata Campground Manager

  • Unique opportunity to manage the picturesque Rangitata campground.
  • Fixed term from 1 September 2026 to end of April 2027 (25 hours per week).
  • Live onsite in your own caravan.

What the job involves

The successful applicant(s) will be responsible for managing the Rangitata Campground; which includes 24 powered sites, a large number of non-powered sites, a kitchen/laundry/toilet block, providing a quality service for our returning and new guests. The role includes reception administration, cleaning duties, mowing the grass & minor maintenance tasks.

Who are we looking for?

This role could suit a couple, who are looking to share a seasonal employment opportunity, or an individual who would enjoy the lifestyle associated with a small riverside campground. You will need to be reliable, friendly, take pride in what you do and develop our customer base and occupancy. 

Your attitude, how you relate with others and flexibility are critical to be successful in the position.
