What the job involves - Āu Mahi

In this pivotal role you will deliver professional, proactive executive and administration support for the Chief Executive and Governance team.

You will be highly organised, enthusiastic, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities. In addition to core Executive Assistant responsibilities, you will work closely with elected members by preparing agendas and taking minutes for assigned committees.
